How we publish
We publish twice a year. Each edition is a frozen snapshot: once published the numbers do not move, so an edition can be cited. Figures may be corrected in a later edition if an appeal changes an outcome.
What we deliberately do not report
We are not an EU platform under the Digital Services Act, so there is no monthly active recipient figure against the 45 million threshold, no Trusted Flagger section, and no member-state breakdown. Publishing those would suggest an obligation and an apparatus we do not have.
